These terms cover your use of this website and any travel you arrange through Max Fly Booking, a trading name of Nodex Global LLC. By using the website or asking us to book, you accept them.
What we do
We act as an intermediary between you and suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, transfer operators and cruise lines. Your contract for the travel itself is with the supplier, whose conditions of carriage or service apply alongside these terms.
Quotes and prices
- A quote reflects availability when it's given. It isn't guaranteed until we've received payment and confirmed the booking.
- Suppliers can alter prices or withdraw seats without notice. If that happens before ticketing, we'll let you know and offer alternatives.
- Your quote lists the base fare, taxes and our service fee separately.
What we need from you
- Provide each traveler's name exactly as it appears on their passport or ID, and check all details as soon as you receive them.
- Make sure every traveler has the valid passports, visas, health documents and transit permits the whole journey requires.
- Reach the airport, port or meeting point in good time and follow the supplier's check-in rules.
Payment
We take payment through secure processors. A booking is confirmed only after payment is authorized and we've issued written confirmation. We may require card verification to help prevent fraud.
Changes and cancellations
These depend on the fare or rate rules the supplier sets. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle them and which fees may apply.
Schedule changes and disruption
Suppliers can change schedules, aircraft and routes. We'll pass along changes we're told about and help you with your options, but we aren't responsible for a supplier's decisions.
Liability
We'll arrange your booking with reasonable care and skill. We aren't liable for what suppliers do or fail to do, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
